These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HireAegis (“HireAegis”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website and application. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and authority
- You must be at least 18 years old to use HireAegis.
- If you use HireAegis on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service (public beta)
HireAegis helps customers triage applications by providing workflow tools and signals about potential automation, spam, and low-signal submissions. We may add, remove, or change features at any time during the beta, and we may suspend access to protect the service or users.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity on your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security issues.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, or abuse protections.
- Upload malware or use the service to distribute malicious code.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, models, or non-public APIs (except where prohibited by law).
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the service in a way that could harm users or the service.
5. Customer responsibilities (employers)
If you are a customer using HireAegis to manage hiring workflows, you are responsible for your hiring process and compliance with applicable laws, including employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy requirements.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required notices, consents, and authorizations from applicants.
- You are responsible for how you interpret and use findings; HireAegis provides signals, not final decisions.
- You agree not to use HireAegis to unlawfully discriminate or to make automated final hiring decisions without appropriate review.
6. Applicant submissions
If you submit an application through a job board hosted on HireAegis, your submission will be shared with the employer you applied to. You agree not to submit spam, malicious content, or false information intended to deceive or harm.
7. Fees (beta)
During the public beta, HireAegis may be offered at no charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we’ll provide notice and any paid usage will be subject to the pricing and payment terms presented at that time.
8. Third-party services
HireAegis may rely on third-party services (for example: authentication, hosting, monitoring). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that findings will detect all spam or fraud.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireAegis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) to use the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, if necessary to protect the service, or if required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Updated” date. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
